Shipping policy
Cottage Food Law Products & Shipping:
Orders for tea blends can only be purchased and shipped within the state of Illinois due to Cottage Food Laws.
Cottage food products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to public health inspection. These products are not intended for resale.
Per Illinois law, cottage food products may only be sold directly to the end consumer and are not eligible for wholesale or resale distribution.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience as we carefully package each order with care.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
Delivery Times:
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping delays outside of our control (such as carrier delays or weather issues) may occasionally occur.
Local Pickup:
Local pickup is available in Tinley Park, IL. Choose the "Local Pickup" option at checkout, and we'll email you when your order is ready for pickup.
Orders must be picked up within 10 days of receiving your pickup notification email. A reminder will be sent before the pickup window expires. Orders not picked up within 10 days will be canceled and refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. If you need additional time, please contact us before your pickup window closes.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Sprig & Flame is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is lost, please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number. We're happy to help guide you through the claims process if needed!
Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
