Refund policy

At Sprig & Flame, each candle and melt is crafted with care and intention. We want you to love your purchase and feel confident in your experience with us.

Returns & Exchanges:
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as scent preference, general wear and tear from use, or general dissatisfaction.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sprigandflame.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll be happy to send a replacement if eligible.

Please note:

  • Minor imperfections like frosting or color variation are normal and a sign of our commitment to natural ingredients

  • Used candles and melts cannot be returned.

  • Please refer to Candle Care Instructions for optimal life-span on your candle.
  • DO NOT use candle if vessel is broken or cracked.

Abandoned Order Pickup Refund Policy
Orders must be picked up within
10 days of receiving your pickup notification email. A reminder will be sent before the pickup window expires. Orders not picked up within 10 days will be canceled and refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. If you need additional time, please contact us before your pickup window closes.
