Bring the magic of Sprig & Flame’s candle-making experience directly to your home, workplace, or event space. Whether you’re hosting a girls’ night, birthday celebration, bachelorette party, team-building activity, or simply want a cozy night in with friends — our private workshops offer a warm, creative, and mindful experience everyone will love.

We handle everything — setup, supplies, instruction, clean-up — so you can relax and enjoy a unique hands-on activity that leaves every guest with a handcrafted coconut–beeswax candle and a deeper sense of connection.

What's Included

Every workshop is fully guided and includes:

  • All candle-making materials (premium coconut–beeswax, wooden wicks, amber jars, phthalate-free fragrances)
  • A curated Fragrance Bar with 12 fragrances to blend and choose from
  • Step-by-step instruction

The Experience

Our workshops are designed to be soothing, creative, and meaningful.

1. Arrival + Setup

We arrive 45–60 minutes early to prepare and transform your space & warm up wax.

2. Scent Exploration

Guests explore our nature-inspired fragrance bar to choose a scent that matches their intention.

3. Candle Pouring

We guide you through each step, from wick placement to pouring.

4. Label + Name Your Candle

Once your candle begins to set, personalize it with a label or intention word.

5. Cool + Wrap Up

Candles take 1–1.5 hours to cool. While they cool, you are free to do any other activities while you wait. After they are cool we will smooth the tops, trim the wick, and label & lid to be taken home.

  • Duration: 2-3 hours
  • Each guest makes: One 7oz candle

Mini Melt + Car Diffuser Workshop

  • Duration: 1-1.5 hours
  • Each guest makes: 1 car diffuser & 1 wax melt bar

Additional Add-ons & Fees 

  • Personalized labels $25 flat fee
  • Goodie bag extras (matches & wick trimmer) $10 per person
  • Travel fee: Free within 10–15 miles of Tinley Park + $.65/mile after that
